The Club, was started mainly to share my knowledge, with my Juniors, so that they are revved up early in life to achieve something great, without wasting time due to lack of guidance.
The Club would act as a platform, where members (Students of my College) can get together, interact, learn, share knowledge, do projects together, participate in competitions, and get all support they need along the lines of Robotics.
The club is also planned to hold modules on Programming. We are planning to deal with C/C++ /Embedded C as of now. We will be having completely practical sessions, and the college has been kind enough to provide us with the required resources.
We've been busy putting up the posters for about a fortnight now, and the response has been something more than just great. We have received more than 300 registrations so far, from the various departments. But, a bad news comes accompanying the good ones. Due to the overwhelming response, we are in a fix, finding a place to accomodate all the 300 members, for the Club. We are still thinking about a positive solution.
Finally, we are planning to start the Club functionally, very soon, and it's supposed to be conducted every thursday at 4.00 PM.
